Please help me plan my France trip where to go and what to d

We are going to land in Paris on the 18 of August and in total we have 4 people with us. We are going to be in France for 2 weeks, we are scheduled to leave on the 30th of August. So I would like to ask for advice on where to go and what to see for an intermediate budget. We do what to try the Paris Disneyland as well so if you guys could create some sort of schedule for us we would be very grateful since we have no idea about France, we are going there from Japan.

Or could you suggest a website which would help create a schedule for us that would be great too.

Although we have bought the plane tickets we have yet to make reservations on any hotels or anything so please advise us on what to do.

Thank you in advance for your help and kindness.

If you want useful replies, you need to give us more of an idea of how you will be travelling (train, hire car, bus etc), what your interests are and what kind of countryside/towns you want to visit - France is a big country with very varied scenery and culture.

It may help you if you looked at other other websites which will give you an idea of what the country has to offer.

Interests include the popular tourist spots so that we can see what France looks like. As stated we have no idea of what is there to visit. Rental car is out of the question because no one in our group holds a driver%26#39;s license, therefore the preferred method for us would be a type of public transportation and when moving to another area we would probably use a taxi or when we might have a large amount of items with us.

Some of the places we would like to see include the following; Eiffel Tower, Basilique du Sacre-Coeur, Arc de Triomphe,

Musee du Louvre, Musee Rodin, Centre Pompidou, Cathedrale Notre-Dame de Paris, Disneyland Paris, Musee d%26#39;Orsay

What order to go and visit each place and approximately how much time is needed to visit each area? Is it wise to switch hotels when we change the area we are in or is it OK to stick with one hotel? Any suggestions for a hotel that would be good to stay in if we were to visit these places? Is it possible for 4 people to stay in 1 room or do we have to be separated?

Sorry - it%26#39;s not clear from your original post - do you want to spend all of your time in Paris, or are you planning to visit other parts of the country?

If you are staying in Paris for two weeks, then it makes sense just to have a look on the Paris board on Trip Advisor - I%26#39;m sure there is lots of advice there.

If you are travelling to other parts of the country, then you still need to tell us what kind of scenery you like, whether you want to be in rural areas, mountains, towns/cities etc etc. Even better, you could do a Google search for information on France and its different regions, so that you can decide which region/s you would like to visit. You then may get some useful information from experts on those areas.
