Free ride to CDG or Paris Nord?

Our hotel - d%26#39;Aubusson - is offering free transfers to hotel one-way. We are arriving at Paris Nord (Eurostar) about 1500 on a weekday. We are departing CDG on a 1000 flight on a weekday. Is it a better value/less hassle to take the ride from train to hotel or from hotel to airport? Family of four with luggage.

Thanks

I would get a taxi from the Gare du Nord to the hotel( around 10-12 euros) and take the free transfer to the airport saving 40-50 euros, especially as you have an early morning flight and will have to be at the airport around 7.30ish. So traffic shouldn%26#39;t be a problem at that time in the morning.

To find the taxi rank at Gare du Nord. It is signed to taxis. When you descend onto the main platform of the station fro the Eurostar %26quot;Grande Lignes%26quot; turn left and go to the end of the platform quie 13 and out of the door. You will find taxis queueing up there.

The ride to CDG will be more expensive for you if you were to pay for the transportation yourself.

However, you%26#39;ll want to be at the airport by 07h00 and depart your hotel by 06h00 unless you are being offered shared ride van service. Shared ride vans can, depending where you are in the pickup sequence, take a good amount of time as they pickup other passengers. This of course means a one hour en route time window may not be sufficient and some van companies do not operate much earlier than 06h00.

You%26#39;ll want to take all of these factors into consideration when making your decision.

Hotel to airport sounds like a better deal, but it is probably just a multiple passenger shuttle service that could become a nightmare.

I would prefer to retain control over my departure arrangements and take the arrival service instead, when I know I am not in a hurry.

Hotel to CDG would definitely be a better deal - but would that be complimentary.

Or, do they only provide transfer TO the hotel, but not FROM for free?
