Ah Paris

Has anyone rented through Ah Paris. I found then through the Trip Advisor website, but have waited all day for a response from then.

Any issues I should be aware of?

I%26#39;m don%26#39;t know them but I do know that due the time change not to expect a same day reply when contacting a Parisian company.

If you don%26#39;t hear from them in a timely manner (say 48 hrs), you should move on to your second choice while waiting for them to respond. Especially now, most agencies are pretty responsive. As someone else mentioned, if they are based in Paris then you%26#39;ll probably have a reply in your inbox while you are sleeping!

I%26#39;ve rented through Ah Paris twice and found them excellent. We rentd the same apartment twice, as we liked it so much. They replied quickly to emails (as mentioned before are you factoring in the time difference and the fact that it%26#39;s 14th July, so a public holiday in France?), met us very promptly at the apartment, showed us how things worked, left a phone number to contact in case of problems. We had one minor problem on the second stay, which they sorted out very quickly and the owner of the apartment even phoned himself to apologize about that problem. I would definitely rent through them again.

I was factoring the time difference. I had sent the request yesterday evening. However I had forgotten le Quatorze. Many thanks

Hi, This is John Fay, the owner of Ah Paris. We have to check with the owners to verify that the apartment is available before we can confirm your reservation. This is why there is always a delay. Most of our owners reply quickly, but if they%26#39;re on vacation, not listening to their messages or not reading their emails, the delay for a reply can be several days. We encourage you to contact us if you haven%26#39;t heard back from us in 48 hours.
