you might try asking in a mobile phone shop, they are likely to know. Net caffs in France seem to have quite short lifespans: well I remember searching the whole of Arles for one (in vain) last year. Everyone said there was one just around the corner, but I never found one.

As of July 2009, there is an Internet cafe right by the train station, across the street from mailboxes, in Av. du Docteur Fabre.
