Cauterets to Perpignan?

Hello - I%26#39;m rying to get from Cauterets (or Lourdes) to near Perpignan. It loks like I may have to take a few trains and buses - but is there one bus?

France has virtually no long-distance buses and none I have ever seen or heard of in those regions, so I am afraid it%26#39;s a few trains and buses.

You can do Lourdes to Perpignan with just one change of train, in Toulouse, but often as not you need to change in Narbonne as well.
