Great Trip- Fell in love with Nice

Thanks for all the travel tips.

We were in Nice 3 1/2 days and loved every minute.

Took the #100 to Eze and Monaco train home super day.

Took the # 22 (per our concierge) to the Matisse and Chagall Museums.

Shopped at Cours Saleya and climbed Castle Hill.

Lounged on the beach and swam in the Sea.

Can%26#39;t wait to return!

Lee, we just spent 5 nights in Nice in June out of a 28 day trip to France. Had we known how much we would love Nice (and the entire French Riviera) we would have shaved nights off other destinations to stay longer! Although we generally like to try new places each vacation, we would return to Nice in a New York minute!

I think this area surprises people and yes, it probably is addictive.

Even Queen Victoria was addicted- on her deathbed she said, %26quot;Oh, if only I were at Nice, I should recover.%26quot;

So so true! I can%26#39;t wait to return next month. What I loved about the French Riviera is those locals sure know how to live it up! I had the most amazing pastries and the food was incredible. I don%26#39;t think I had even one bad meal my last trip. Those Frenchies sure know how to enjoy life!
