We are staying at Hotel Splendid Etoile at the Arc de Triomphe end of Champs Elysees.
Can anyone recommend any reasonable/budget restaurants within walking distance?
Also any particularly good bakeries?
Also, does anyone know if rooms in Splendid have coffee making facilities?
We are in a triple room, so if anyone stayed there input appreciated.
