This one in Montparnasse has had good reports

http://hotelvoyageursparis.free.fr/english/

It is not close to any famous attraction other than Montparnasse cemetary (well worth a visit) but it is in a nice area and well located for transport both arriving and leaving Paris and getting around

You could have a look at Tourisme Hotel, which is near the Eiffel Tower. I haven%26#39;t stayed there before, but the reviews here are good. The price is a little more than your budget, coming up at 77 euros per day for the three nights you%26#39;re looking at.

Here%26#39;s the link:

Hi,

I had booked Hotel Eugenie right outside St Michel Station due to the location. Usually it has rooms from Euro 85 but they refused to give any such offer %26amp; i had to book them for Euro 140.

But I later found a better option %26amp; at a much more amazing price with better quality rooms, bathrooms %26amp; also Airconditioner(+ location due to connectivity). As the previous post suggests, go ahead and book Tourisme Hotel which is right outside Metro La Motte Picquet Grenelle which supports 3 metro lines %26amp; the location is close to Eiffel Tower. doublerooms with attached WC %26amp; shower for only Euro 77, 82 %26amp; 96. Breakfast 6 Euro (optional)

I have been hunting for over 6 months, but at this price I never found a hotel with such quality. Even the Euro 140 hotels don%26#39;t offer anything decent, what with their shady beds %26amp; service.

If you want to stay near the Notre Dame, you can book Les Degres de Notre Dame with rooms starting at Euro 112 but no a/c.

Or book Hotel Familia (very pretty hotel) in the latin quarter Euro 110 (with breakfast) next to Metro Cardinal Lemoine.

I hope this helped.

thanks for all the info and hotel.

it will be useful

i am arriving by thalys to paris nord.

also my total budget for 3 days was 200 in total

|||

55 Euros X 3 days is 165 Euros so the Hotel des Voyageurs fits your budget and the 5 Euro breakfast (total 180 for 3 days with room) is pretty good value

Im staying at Hotel Tourisme right now(where im typing from)

Staff are super nice,its very clean but its old and smells old. Nice big rooms, have no idea where people get the %26#39;small european rooms%26quot; from.

The staff are super helpful and friendly! If I ever come back to this town(I dont like paris much but this hotel is nothing but a + for it) I will be staying here again.

Also the wifi is free, most reviews say they charge but thats only if you use their desktop.

|||

voyageurs is full

paris tourism hotel is giving 272euros with breakfast.

still hunting for cheaper one

hope to find some studio apartment if no hotel found

This one is above your budget at normal prices but it has some dates in August at discounted rates. It has aircon and is a nice hotel and very well located

It would be worth a call or email to find out the rates for your dates
