What route does the tour take in entering the city.Any suggestions for a good viewing spot;

www.paris.fr for all traffic closures, and metro stop closures. Repeat viewing of the riders will be on Champs-Elysees as they ride the lap 8 times around. The riders come in from the east but route will be closed off at 9am.

They do laps between the Louvre and the Arc de Triomphe. My personal preference is to be at the Louvre end, inside the Tuileries, because the crowds are not nearly as intense.
