In June my family and I had a private one day tour of Arls, Le Beau and Provence France
Our guide, Alain of Ventoux-Decovertes picked us up in his car and took us to see a wonderful sound and light exhbit of Picasso inthe Belle Arts limestone scaves of Le Beau. Then we went on to the monestary where Van Gogh spent several months trying to recover his sanity. From there we traveled to Arls where Van Gogh had painted while he lived with Gaughin. Alain took us to a marvelous lunch at Regaleto Hotel in Provence where we had great fish dishes.
This man was so pleasant and endearing that we chose him as the very best driver/guide of our entire trip of Italy, France and Spain. It was just one day but it was so memorable.
