Hello. I am travelling to Languedoc, France mid August for a two week period. I’ve rented out a car and plan on exploring the area and driving to the nearby places. I am interested in getting taking short train journey if necessary to explore slightly further. I would appreciate it if anyone has any tips and advice to share. What are the main attractions/local customs, any festivals? Any hidden gems? As I am not staying in a hotel, can anyone recommend any good restaurants?
