I would suggest that you take the RER-B rail link to from CDG to Paris and get off at the %26quot;Cité Universitaire%26quot; station. Take the escalator to street level and walk across the street to the tram boarding platform. Board the tram in the direction %26quot;Pont du Garigliano%26quot; and then get off the tram at %26quot;Porte d%26#39;Orleans%26quot; stop. It%26#39;s a short walk to the hotel from there.

Your hotel is right on the southern limits of Paris, just inside the ring road (peripherique). However, all of the city can be reached by excellent bus and metro links - allow 15 mins by metro to Chatelet, for example.

The cheapest public transport option from CDG is to take the RER train to Denfert Rochereau, then change onto metro line 4 to Porte d%26#39;Orleans. Journey time 1hour, cost EUR 8.50 per person. The ticket you buy at CDG is good for the metro part as well, just make sure you keep the ticket as you will need it until the end of your journey.

A taxi could be anything around EUR 60.

Metromole%26#39;s suggestion is better than mine - I completely forgot about the trams.
