We are 2 families coming off the ferry in La Rochelle next week. We are headed to Le Croisic and want to stay in a camp site for 2 nights en route any ideas.

Is it Roscoff or La Rochelle you are arriving into?

La Rochelle is down in Poitou Charentes.

Roscoff is in Northern Brittany and there are ferries to there from Cork and Rosslare.

If its Roscoff you are coming into then its not too long a drive from Roscoff to Le Croisic.

Take a slight detour to the wonderful town of Huelgoat on the way down.

Are you bringing your own tent or are you looking for a mobile home?

Sorry for all the questions.

If you have any advce i would appreciate it.

Have you tried Keycamp? www.keycamp.ie

Look at Maneguerhne in Baden. They may have vacancies. They weren%26#39;t very busy when we were there earlier this month.

Failing Keycamp, Matthews holidays had lots of (dated admittedly) mobile homes on the same site that were empty.

Its a lovely site but has a steep hill. Great pool and well run. In Baden town there is a fab creperie called La Goelette which does the most sublime pancakes. We go to Baden just for the pancakes. You just sit with them in your mouth and let them melt.
