Where to shop for vintage clothes/trinkets?

I would love to get something special for my sisters birthday when I visit next month.Any ideas?

Flea market at Porte de Clignancourt.

There are about 4 vintage shops in the Marais which is arrondisment 4 between Hotel d%26#39; Ville and St Paul metro. I met some women who bought beautiful scarves for 1E each!
