Carcassonne: B and B for family with toddlers

hello

We are a family of 4 and have got flights into carcassonne with ryan air. We are looking for a nice B and B. Our toddlers go to bed at 7pm so we want a small family run b and b where there is somewhere close that we can sit and eat/ drink/ relax after they have gone to bed.

We like wine so would be interested in a b and b within a winery.

A small picturesque village in the mountains or even a mountain retreat.

We enjoy walking, visiting small villages and markets.

The french don%26#39;t tend to have baby sitting facilities in B and B%26#39;s. Their children tend to have a meal with them in the evening so not sure where you would find somewhere close by a B and B without leaving them.
